Assembling.We assemble professionally and do not only get the best out of the product in regard to its appearance. Using our professionally very well trained employees and our multi-user warehouse, we are able to assemble products for sale in advance. Therefore, your sales staff does not have to waste any precious time with assembly work but instead can fully concentrate on the customers.

Mending.Damaged goods represent significant additional work and expenses, which we know how to reduce. Our competent, technically and excellently trained employees repair damaged goods and restore the condition to ready for sale. You do not require any additional resources for this purpose such as employees or space. You benefit from our competence and our modern multi warehouse.

Conditioning.Appearance is a decisive factor to arouse the interest of end consumers, particularly in the retail sector. That is why we make sure that your products are prepared ready for sale. In doing so, we look for a solution with you that will put the finishing touch on your goods. Our very experienced employees are especially trained for your product and know the best way to handle it. You can save personnel, space and time with our product logistic competence.

Returns.We take care of the holistic returns management for you. Based on your specifications, we assess the returned goods and initiate the respective process. We restore products to a certain extent and take care of the transport to the desired selling point. The reliable processing of returned goods should not be your concern but rather our responsibility.

Disposal.We give you what really counts – the product in best condition and at the right place. At the same time, residual waste such as packaging material or old furniture should also not be a problem you or your customer has to worry about. We make sure that packaging material and old furniture is properly disposed of.

Pre-Assembly.In order to reduce the assembly time in the plant even further, we pre-assemble parts, which are built into a vehicle with a high level of variance. This demanding work is conducted by our trained employees in halls especially adapted and air-conditioned for this purpose. The configuration of the modules and the immediate delivery to the assembly line afterwards take place on short notice call (Just in Sequence) using the IT system.

The overall process must be holistically overlooked and controlled, target groups which have not yet been developed must be tended to. The laws of online shops such as data security, a consistently strong performance, search engine optimisation and functionality formed our modularly organized E-Commerce tool JCL Market with the objective of reducing the complexity for our customers.

For example, we implement online shops, integrate online marketplaces or the presence on price comparison sites and at the same time bring in the necessary logistics services. This includes order processing after the purchase such as billing, arrears billing, factoring as well as the order management, online and in real time. Furthermore, we check critical factors such as duplicates, risk, outstanding items and history data. To the outside world, to the customer, an easy to operate system, in the background, a complex, IT supported back office.
